Feels like just yesterday it was Monday. So many things happened this week that we should remember.
The new leader of the Roman Catholic Church was appointed, Pope Francis I. China also got a new leader by appointing Xi Jinping as its new president. With the economic uncertainty in Europe, the Swiss central bank pledged to keep up its defense of the Swiss Franc. This week also saw the first gay parent counseling center in Germany open its doors.
This was also a big week in aquatics with the first day of the FINA Diving World Series in Beijing, and the Moomba Water Festival in Melbourne, Australia.
