A man who thought he scored a deal on toy poodles found he got something quite different ferrets juiced with steroids and fluffed for maximum cuteness.
The unsuspecting buyer purchased the faux dogs (or feroodles?) at the La Salada market in Argentina. It wasn't until he brought the primped mammals to the veterinarian that he found out the truth.
Twitter users showed little sympathy for the duped feller.
Apparently, steroids can also affect humans around them, making them delusional to a point where they think a ferret is a dog.

Seriously though - if you can't tell the difference between a dog & a ferret you probably shouldn't own either.

Stay tuned for the next installment of "Seriously, OMG, WTF" news, which will probably involve a man in Florida allowing his drunk pet moose to drive his golf cart.

A previous version of this article incorrectly stated that ferrets are rodents. It is now corrected to reflect that.
