7 Apps You Don't Want To Miss

   Vine

   Vine updated its iOS app this week. The biggest update to the app since its launch earlier this year, the refresh added a number of new camera features, as well as new categories for discovering Vines, and the ability to "revine" videos you enjoy on the service to your own followers.

   The Lone Ranger

   Coinciding with the release of The Lone Ranger in theaters Wednesday, Disney released a Lone Ranger mobile app. The role-playing game follows a similar plot line as the film, and leads players on a number of different quests to protect the town of Colby, while dueling outlaws along the way.

   Google Field Trip

   Looking for something to do this summer? Google is offering free admission to some of the nation's most popular zoos and museums through its Field Trip app. An offer spanning 23 locations, options include everything from President Lincoln's Cottage in Washington D.C. to the Bronx Zoo in New York City. Admission just requires showing a free pass to the attraction, which will appear automatically in the "Nearby" tab when you're at a participating zoo or museum.

   Limbo

   Limbo is now available on iOS. The popular platform has you playing the part of a young boy who is on a mission to save his sister. In the game, you travel through a variety of environments, and complete several different physics-based puzzles, which increase in difficulty over time. It's a beautiful game that's definitely worth a look for any iPad gamers.

5. 

   Polomatic

   Polaroid came to Android this week. The photo app includes 20 photo effects for giving your photos a distinctive look, as well as 36 Polaroid frames to put around your finished images before you share them. The frames are actually scans of new, used and vintage Polaroid frames, giving the app a distinctive and authentic look.

   Much like the Polaroids of yore, you can write a message on the frame, with 24 different font options available.

   QWOP

   QWOP makes you a runner from "a prosperous country in the Scandinavian alps" who has come to the track championships without training. In the Android game, you train the runner by moving your fingers around diamonds on the screen. Your only goal: Ensure your runner's body doesn't fall down.

   Instagram

   Instagram updated its iOS app this week, adding the ability to record video or take pictures holding your camera in landscape mode. The update also added support for Cinema, Instagram's image-stabilization for video, using the forward-facing camera on your device.
