Twitter is a crowded place that can easily confuse beginner users and the less technologically savvy. Believe it or not, many prefer not to be a part of the online conversation.

You might remember fumbling with the service when first joining. While most overcome that confusion, some Twitter accounts never live to fulfill their potential. Users frustrated with the service just can't seem to figure out the point.

What's more perplexing is configuring your mobile device. Twitter not only sends push notifications to your phone, it can also send via SMS, among many other features. To most, the 404-04 number flashing on their phone is a no-brainer.
