Amaze has hired former TV producer Claire Phillips to head up a newly-formed division that will create TV-quality cross platform content for brands. During her time as an drama executive at Red Planet Pictures, as a freelance producer, she's worked on shows such as Hustle, The Bill, Brookside and Hollyoaks.

Epiphany's current MD Rob Shaw is to become CEO, and co-founders Shane Quigley and Robin Skidmore will take on non-executive director positions amid a restructure that also sees the creation of an operations board made up of seven senior members of the team.

Foviance has appointed Ben Langdon to the position of president. He joined on March 5th from his role as CEO of Digital Marketing Group and European CEO of McCann-Erickson. Philip Hunt, Foviance's current Executive Chairman becomes a Non-Executive.

giffgaff has hired Emma Jenkins, formerly one of Procter & Gamble's top digital marketers, as CMO.

Initiative has announced a series of promotions as part of the ongoing strategic development within the agency. Tony Regan, formerly head of planning and insight, has been promoted to the newly created role of chief strategy officer. Jane Wolfson and Chris Wright, heads of non-broadcast and broadcast respectively, have been promoted to joint heads of investment and media owner relations. James Temperley has also been promoted to head of TV activation, and Vanessa Doyle to head of press and cinema.

LOVE has appointed Jing Lien as general manager for its Asian operation. Lien, who has held senior positions with IDEO, Wieden & Kennedy and TBWA in China, will work closely with the agency's senior UK board members to build the Manchester-based digital agency's APAC team.

The Scottish Football Association has poached Jules McGeever from Celtic FC, to become its head of marketing.

Seven has appointed Jessica Gibson to the newly created role of MD.

Sony Mobile has promoted head of product management Catherine Cherry to the UK and Ireland marketing director - a role left vacant by the departure of David Hilton in February.

We Are Social is launching in the US with a New York-based office and a client roster that includes adidas and De Beers. This will be led by MD Leila Thabet, who was one of the first senior hires at the agency's London headquarters in 2009 before moving on to develop and lead the social media practice at Isobar. She returned to We Are Social in late 2011 to spearhead the agency's North American offering.
