Networking with the leaders of today and tomorrow: The Social Good Summit is an open forum where everyone has a voice during UN Week. It is a place where world leaders meet rising stars of technology, social media and social good to help map our future together. Over the three days, conversations take place on stage, in the digital media lounge, at the opening reception and in the halls of the 92Y where you're likely to run into anyone from Muhammad Yunus to Mira Sorvino to Nick Kristof to one of the central voices from the Occupy Wall Street movement.

The Digital Media Lounge: The Digital Media Lounge offers unfettered access to speaking sessions concerning UN Week and the digital journalism community. The lounge is Wi-Fi-equipped and open from morning to evening all three days of the conference to facilitate a 24-hour news cycle. The venue will connect influential members of the online press in one room, allowing for rare one-on-one interaction and thought-provoking conversation. The Digital Media Lounge is open exclusively to bloggers and journalists who are looking to cover the biggest names and most pressing topics in social good and technology. Accreditation is necessary. Press and bloggers should apply here.
