Well, I had a look at the package and I certainly was surprised by the top notch content. The market overview was in fact the eye opener for me. Now you know how to approach this market, and what mindset you need to take into account.
The keyword list is massive, and the advice on how to go about monetizing this is also excellent. For me $77 monthly is rather steep…but if this wasn't an issue I might already be on board! (I already have SK…do I still count?
)

After having purchased numerous niche packages and subscriptions over the years, NicheFiles is by far the most comprehensive and total package I have seen to date.
The research time that has gone into the specific niches must have taken a lot of time and concentrated effort by some knowledgeable folks.

Hi, thanks for the opportunity to get to know this great product, as we know been involved in the IM arena represent a lot of work, from market research, keyword research to writing articles needs many time to get done. But with this free package all the work is already done, it's just a matter of some small changes to set up a site. All the hard work has been done, the analysis, the products to sell, sites where to promote, everything. For people like me who still have a full time job and time is always out of our reach this is a must have.
Not sure at this point how I feel about the package yet. "Getting out of Debt" is a pretty broad topic that everyone and their uncle has been pushing for years, as are the other packages for the upgraded gold membership.
I haven't had the chance to watch the videos on the site yet, but did scan the analysis report in the package, which does seem to be comprehensive. The package appears to have the necessary elements for getting an information blog up quickly, i.e templates, articles and keyword list.
I have often wondered about these types of packages, however. If all the hundreds of members actually do put up a site using the package as is, doesn't that make for an awful lot of cookie cutter sites? Any ones views on this?
I remember using a similar type of package 9 years ago when I knew nothing about research or any of the elements of IM. After I went through all the work of getting the site up (which wasn't easy with my lack of experience), I found out when I did a search to find my own site the there were 50 other sites just like mine. Boy was I bummed.
With that being said, the package does seem to be a real time saver with the elements that are included, if the members do take the time to use their own header graphics and images while remembering to rewrite the articles that are included, and pay attention to the keyword lists included. Then perhaps the broad topics could work. Only time and testing will tell for sure, IMHO.
This product looks like it has been well researched and well thought out. It obviously took significant time and effort to pull together. I downloaded my first month's free content and I am looking forward to spending some time looking further into it. Thanks for this opportunity to win!
The NicheFiles packages look great. In these time the Get out of Debt package looks promising and NicheFiles could have easily made money selling the package but offering it free is really amazing.
The kind of packages that are supported in the Gold packs I feel would be a real eye opener and how you could easily get better results by just targeting the right audience with the right mix of content and placement.
June…the trick I think is to try and make unique. You can rewrite the articles, you can change the theme (if you how to use Abobe) or you can try and create your site, without using the templates, but using the research and content.
But…if you can do some great SEO work on your sites and start building links, you can simply outrank the others

I'm blown away by this package. I've been a member of a website that starts with Niche and the ending rhymes on the word psychology, and this one simply blows the other site away.
Okay – 28MB – that's massive, specially when you consider that a lot of it is QUALITY CONTENT and not some blown up graphic files.
The one thing I would improve is to include the HTML files for the squeeze pages, not just the PSD. I have no idea how to convert a PSD into an HTML.
I checked out the articles – good stuff, articles that I'd normally pay 5-8 dollars a piece for, but there are A LOT of them. And they are current. (e.g. one of them talks about the current economic crisis of greece, etc).
But then the Strategic Intelligence Report – WOAH! Blows me away. Even if you don't want to go into that niche, JUST MODELLING YOUR NICHE EVALUATION after this gives you such a more systematic and well-rounded approach to researching a niche, it's awesome. Doing this kind of research would have cost me DAYS, and now I get it in a quick 15 minute briefing.

I just not only reviewed the content i downloaded but also the whole persona marc is offering in his site. The whole component 'the article, the template, the content'is what one's want to have stability on web. what I downloaded as free is worth if I would purchase it. The contents are greatly written, having professional touch and deeply researched.
This is a great example of how a work should have been done.

First things first, a 28MB download is huge, especially when you consider that it's mainly text, that gives you some indication of just how much written text you are getting. If you don't mind I'd like to give 3 good points then 3 bad points about what I've seen in the free package?
Good Points -
1. Solid keyword research, seems to be sticking to Google's own data and not going for some far out nonsense (with the aim of making a niche look better than it is).
2. Monetisation is also realistic. Especially liked the inclusion of the vendor ID for clickbank products. (Always part of my product promotion research to look at vendors other products)
3. No complete websites. Honestly this is what I like best, it is still relying on the person using this to have some skills. I've never bought a pre-made website package that has done anything other than waste my time. It's up to you how you use this huge amount of content, which I like.
Now for the bad:-
1. Sure the content is original but exactly how many members are you expecting to pump out that same content? Of course point 3 on the plus side will impact on this so it's not all bad.
2. A bit too much "mindset" fluff in the strategic report. I know some people really get off on that stuff but my personal taste is to keep things to the traffic facts and figures.
3. Is $77 a bit too much? Perhaps. Thinking about how much it costs me to get original content (ignoring the niche research) it's in the right ball park but perhaps $10-$15 too much considering how many others will have access to that content.
Overall then I'd say this does about 90% of the work I manually do when setting about a new niche. Any concerns I have about the content being replicated can easily be offset by a combination of text broker, human spinner and site optimisation. If you're new to building small niche sits and don't have the experience to research your market then I'd say this is a brilliant way of getting started.

I like that the keyword research is already done for you. That is a big time-saver. I have a fairly narrow niche, so I'm never sure if the monthly content will be something I can use. I have had so much trouble finding a good niche to get into. I know about looking at magazines, going to the book store, Looking at Amazon.com, looking at what is hot at ebay.
I have done all of those things. And yet, some how when I put up a site and do hours and hours of work…. nothing happens.
This will change my life. I can't wait for each new Monday for a new Niche that has already been researched for me and ready to make money with.

I have downloaded the free pack. I am really impressed with the market research. They are really detail. I have subscribed to similar membership, but have not seen market research like that.
One thing that could be improved further – as there are tons of keywords in the keyword list file, maybe is good to short list out those good keywords to target.

This is by far the best PLR pack I've come across. The content is neatly organised in clearly labelled folders and there is plenty there for anyone looking to get a head start in this niche or adding quality content to their website.
Just spin the content, add some affiliate links and you'll be good to go. A real time-saver and excellent value package.
I had trouble downloading the first file, but they put out an email solution so their customer service appears to be very good too.
The fact you can suggest niches for future packages is a great option.

I downloaded the package. Its big! But it is also quite good. Good report, decent content and graphics. Of course it is not much use unless a person re develops the content to ensure it is unique. This is a lot of work, so I certainly think its important that people realize this. It is not "plug and play", not sure that such a system exists…none the less, for one starting out this is good for direction and as a framework to start from. Another I like is Daily Niche Idea, also free with an "upgrade" option.

I downloaded my free NicheFiles content and actually found many low density – high traffic keywords. Although what I fear is that, if the contents will be download by multiple seo users, those low density keywords would turn out the other way due to seo competitors
This really sounds like a great way for one person to make it work. It allows you to do what an entire team can do in very little time.
While the content is within a very saturated market, I thought the strategic report is spot on with proving the continued viability of this niche. This report alone is worth the presumed cost of the membership!
Regardless of the source(s) of the content you put into this niche market, it has a very solid market to attract.
