10 Cool Parade Moments to Celebrate Memorial Day

Per tradition, Memorial Day in America is often observed with parades. Large or small, elaborate or simple, their purposes are always the same: to commemorate U.S. men and women who have died in military service.

We searched for some cool photos from across the country, like the one above taken at the Memorial Day Parade in Chicago, Ill., in 2006, and compiled our favorites below.

These are only a few neat ones we found. Do you have any captivating shots from Memorial Day parades in your town, either old or new? We'd love to seem them — share them with us in the comments!
