Ellen Degeneres, like many of us slightly sadistic folks, thoroughly enjoys laughing at other people's fear.

The talk show host and all-around funny lady loves it so much that she tortures her staff members every Halloween by forcing them to brave a haunted house. Then, she puts the video on national television and YouTube for millions of people to delight in.
